Hello %displayName%,

Here is your Providence Network Account login information. Keep this information somewhere you can recall in case you forget your username/password. Your network account gives you access to the following:

Providence Intranet Website (My.Prov.ca) - You will find all important student information here, such as academic policies, registration information, course schedules, student life policies, etc. Click on the My Providence Website link below, scroll down to Student Log-In, and sign in using your Login ID for Providence Website & Workstations as shown in the table. Workstations are computers that are in our computer lab or library (Otterburne Campus only).

Reset Your Password - If you would like to change the automatically generated MyProv password for your account, click on the following link: https://my.prov.ca/account-settings/my-account/

Populi - This is your student portal where you can see your grades, class information, your class schedule, register for courses, etc. Click on the Populi link below and sign in using your Login ID for Populi as shown in the table. For information on how and when to register for courses, check your Providence acceptance email.

The following access will be activated three weeks before your classes start:

Your Prov Email Address - Make sure to use your Prov email to communicate with professors or staff once your classes begin. In the meantime, you can use your personal email address.

Office365 - You will be able to download Office365 for free, which comes with your Prov Email Address.

Once you register for courses - You will receive an email giving you additional access to the library and campus Wi-Fi (this access will be given three weeks before your classes start.). Your Providence website login and Populi login will remain the same (which is why it is important to keep this email in a safe place where you can find it quickly). Remember to contact your academic advisor before registering for courses. You would have been assigned an advisor once you were accepted to Providence. If you do not know who your academic advisor is, please email info@prov.ca

We look forward to serving you this year!
