Parking is free on our campus, except for electrically equipped parking spaces from September 1 – April 30. Permits for parking are required for both electrical and non-electrical spots, and can be obtained during the first year funnel, or requested at the Business Office. We require vehicle information for all vehicles that park on our campus, even if you are not wanting to purchase an electrical parking spot. Electrical parking prices will be determined in the Fall. Electrically equipped spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

If you have any questions about parking on campus, please contact our Accounts Payable Clerk. Parking spaces at Providence house are assigned by the Executive Assistant for Student Life.

Please note the following: Manitoba laws governing the use of vehicles shall apply on Providence property. The speed limit is 30 km/h on campus. Other than in an emergency, repairs should not be done on campus.

Parking is not permitted in the circular driveway of Eichhorst Hall, Hanna Centre Fire Lane, Staff Parking, Visitor Parking, or other reserved parking. Please refrain from parking in Hunt and Turner parking unless you are a resident of Hunt or Turner.

First violation is a warning, second violation a fine, and third violation a tow at the owner’s expense. Parking violations may be appealed in writing to the Executive Assistant to VP of Operations. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of violation and payment must be made before an appeal is considered. Appeals not submitted within 30 days of violation will not be considered.
