Student Services Information

This form is for the following services:

• Mailbox – every student has the option to have a mailbox at Providence. If you are staying in residence, it is helpful to update your address once you have received your mail key so that mail can be sent to you directly via the use of your student mailbox.
• Fitness Centre – if you are interested in getting access to our Fitness Centre, we would like to know so that we can issue you your key fob.
• Church Prayer Card – we like to send a prayer card to your church so they can pray for you as you journey through your university studies.
• Money Matters – this section lets us know how you plan to finance your education so we can assist you accordingly.

There is an option to opt out of parking, fitness centre and church prayer card. So please proceed to fill out the form.
