Damage Deposit Refund Form

Room checks will be done as soon as we are able. Please allow 1-2 weeks for both room check and refund to be completed. The Damage Deposit Refund Form is for residents who are leaving residence and who are not planning to return to residence in future years.

Damage, clean, lost key/access card, etc. will be charged to your account before your credit will be applied. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an outstanding balance on your account the Business Office will communicate with you if this is the case.
