A transcript is a student's permanent academic history (courses taken, grades and honours received and degrees conferred) from the first day of study to the current or final year of study. You may need an official transcript to study at another institution, for a job position, or a variety of other reasons. Official transcripts bear the signature of the Registrar and the seal of the institution and stand as an official recognition of your academic history at Providence. Please note that Official transcripts can not be emailed to personal email addresses; ONLY unofficial transcripts will be emailed to personal email addresses.
Students may request a transcript by clicking "Proceed" at the bottom of this page and completing the online form. Transcript fees ($10/transcript) must be paid before the transcript is prepared. Additional charges apply when sending transcripts by express post or courier. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
NOTE: Online credit card payment is required to complete this form. If you would prefer to pay in-person (cash, credit, debit) or mail in a cheque, please email registrar@prov.ca.
Providence services, including but not limited to the issuing of transcripts and degree parchments, and access to course registration, will be withheld until accounts are paid in full. Please contact the Business Office with all questions related to payment.
