Junior Pilots Player Evaluation

Giving an honest and accurate review of your coach will help us deal with any areas that need to be developed and encourage them in the areas that are being done well. The information from these evaluations is compiled on a separate document and then reviewed with the head coach. Your coach or assistant coach(es) will not see each specific evaluation form.
