Financial Accommodation Request Form

Providence University College and Theological Seminary strives to provide a fair and supportive learning environment for all academically qualified students requiring financial accommodations to complete their studies.

Extensions are provided to students with documented External Aid that is actively being processed but not available by the standard Payment Deadline.

Payment Plans are provided to assist students with paying for their education by permitting a student to pay their balance via installments scheduled throughout the semester/term.
