Housing Information

Our campus apartments are a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the main campus buildings. We presently offer one and two-bedroom accommodations, although availability is limited. Though Hunt and Turner are campus accommodations, because they are not part of the residence community, students that live there are considered to be commuter students. Leases typically go from September 1 - April 30, however, alternative arrangements can be made dependent on arrival dates.

Students may also seek "off-campus" housing options by purchasing one of the nearby mobile homes or houses that are considered an extension of the Providence community when they are up for sale.

There are 10-11 houses located on the Providence Campus. Each home is privately owned and may have rental suites available for students to rent at the owner's discretion.

Mobile Homes

There are seven mobile homes located in the mobile home park on the campus grounds. These mobile homes are privately owned but the owners must adhere to Providence rules and regulations to continue living on Providence property. The mobile homes must be owner-occupied and the owners must be Providence staff or students. Buying or selling of the mobile home must be approved by the Executive Assistant for Student Life.
