Sometimes students like to live off-campus in order to be closer to family or the local church. As such, Providence is able to connect our students with those offering opportunities to rent or buy houses, mobile homes, condos, and apartments in the communities surrounding Providence.
Please note that students who choose to live off-campus will need to commute to Providence for classes. There is no public transportation to Providence and therefore students will need to purchase a vehicle or arrange carpooling. See “Commuter Services” in the Otterburne Campus – Student Handbook for more information.
Below you will find out if you are eligible to live off-campus and what opportunities there are for you out there!
Students must be at least 20 years of age in order to consider living off-campus. See our Housing Policy.
In addition to the housing listings posted directly to the Providence website, students may also check out other local housing listings, such as Reimer Agencies, Schinkel Properties, HelloGoodBuy Steinbach, and even VarageSale.
